To Bob Rat above me- Yes, Bush had congressional support for Iraq. Under the War Powers Act the President can go to war if our Nation or our allies are in immediate danger without Congressional support yet has to get it within 90 days. Obama on the other hand failed to get congressional support in the allotted time frame and basically states that he did not need it. I would like to know what allie was in immediate danger? And to think he is a so called constitutional lawyer- LMFAO! Do you have the slightest idea how much we are paying for the Libya war? Billions- bombs and missiles are not cheap.
