The reason people don't answer questions like this is that, with India, there are a lot of cultural issues going on that most of us in the US don't understand. To answer your question, sure anything can "grow" into love, but that doesn't mean you should or should not marry him. It depends on how much say your parents have, and that's not really an issue in the US (except for those under 18).
