Family dispute????indian?

Okii so my mum got married to a divorcee .. my dad died 3 years ago n he left his will on his son name who was from his first wife.....at dat time my mum signed on the affidavit dat i dont have ne obligation with the transfer....now i was wondering since he didnt sell ne property is it possible dat she can claim for the property legally through court case or not... n in some property my mum didnt gave the affidavit but it still got transferred So since the property is transferred does she have ne share on it ne more or no??????thanks
