I have feelings towards a divorcee....I am unmarried n he is around 8 yrs elder to me ,is there anything wrong?

I want to ask him if he wishes to marry me as I feel even he loves me...he does indirectly shows that he cares but cannot make it look obvious as its d wrkplace......since it so happens that he is my manager....is there anything wrong in this...
