Is my little sister spending too much time on the internet?

If a 13 year old almost spent her entire summer on the internet/computer then yes, it's too much. The internet seems to be a modern addiction for a lot of people and if she doesn't tire of this in a bit of time, ie novelty wears off, you will need to regulate her time on line.
