This question is for Indian ladies only, or who can understand Indian Culture?

I'm not an Indian, I'm a Muslim girl of 17, but yes. . .I do understand Indian culture. And no, I don't think you are characterless because characterless people do not repent their mistakes and you obviously are doing just that. And it's good that you accept whatever happened was wrong. Though, I would never cross my limits, I understand that for some people things like this happen out of true love. But honestly, honey, you cannot hide such a big thing from your future husband. He will eventually find out, anyway. Whether you say anything or not. So, it is better that you tell him beforehand, that way he knows the truth. Explain to him that you regret what you did and want to start a new life, if he is truly worth it than he will surely accept you. And if for any reason, any guy who comes to see you for marriage walks away. . .Well, then you know, it was never meant to be and he is not worth it. Just wait for the right guy, just remember that you're still young and have your whole life ahead of you, you cannot start afresh with lies. If you really want to start a new life, start with telling the truth. It will really work in the long run. Best wishes for your future.
