Under what circumstances will the government intervene?

ok sooo me and my gf are haveing this debate that if you are oovooing with someone and they show themselves in a pornographic way the FBI or police will look in on the conversation,or the government. i am saying that they need a warrant and it is extremely unlikly that they will do it ,if they wanted to they could but there is a 100% chance they wont tune in on two 16 year old kids doing this. plzzz help me end this damm debate. who is right who is wrong. ohhhh and are the videos on oovoo recorded?
