Do you think that the USA and UN should intervene in North Korea?

The time is long passed to intervene in North Korea. We should have bombed them back into the stone age on January 23, 1968 when then took the USS Pueblo. That was sufficient justification since it was an act of war. Another opportunity occurred on 18 August 1976 when the murdered two American military officers in the Joint Security Area.
