I snubbed my student for sending me SMSes?

you professors need to understand your students in addition to your class room teaching which is your ethics, you should never cross your limit Beyond teaching, if your student ask something whether within or beyond books be sure to be positive. you may loss your job and your prestige if you cross your limit.Here you did some wrong by threatening your student (never do like this), i would like to say that you are lucky as nothing unwanted things happened to you because of your exceeds.Always try to avoid conflict with your students ,if some msg sent to you take it lightly, do not reply.
