Question about people on a lease and people who arent?

OK my friend boyfriend is on the lease and so is her mother and they broke up and the iboyfriend is being a ******** right now, if she calls the cops would she have to leave or since the mother is on the lease and they both want the boyfriend to leave will the cops tell him to leave?
