If you think it's that bad, you should probably talk to a doctor or therapist. If you don't want to do that though, I also used to be a very angry person. One thing that helped me was to think about what happened in the grand scheme of things. Instead of thinking "That was unfair," think "We lost the game, but it's no big deal, nobody is going to die over this." Try taking a deep breath or thinking about the situation differently. Always remember, a wise man looks over a small offense.
